Park Here & Show Up for Life

Community in Costa Mesa, California

I love finding “signs” as I travel.  This is the parking lot of “The Camp” in Costa Mesa, California.  Each parking space had a message from “Show Up for Life” to “Eat Tofu.”  I loved the old green GMC truck with The Camp logo on it, so I snapped a photo with “Community” in the background.

It really is a different kind of community – a collection of Indie shops and restaurants that you can walk around through urban sidewalk trails.  Trees, birds singing, crickets chirping – it’s all there, like in a park.  Even though most of the sounds are manufactured, I did enjoy wandering through this interesting strip mall that a server at the nearby Gypsy Den sent me to.

Park here and show up for life.  I like the message.

  3. Spot on with this write-up, I truly think this website wants far more consideration. I’ll most likely be again to learn far more, thanks for that info.
